Biography

I’ve been a psychologist for over 11 years, driven by a fascination with what makes people tick and a healthy dose of “hyperfocus” on all things psychology. My career has taken me through the disability and mental health sectors, and I kicked off my university studies up in the Northern Territory—juggling textbooks and two babies at the same time (who says you can’t multitask?). Honestly, studying became my version of “me time” and a bit of self-care in the organised chaos.
I’m a big believer that everyone gets their fair share of life’s ups and downs—no one gets a free pass! I approach each person’s struggles with curiosity and respect, knowing that we’re all just doing our best to figure things out. The twists and turns in life, along with a genuine care for people, keep me motivated to help others to manage the struggles.
In sessions, you can expect a high degree of professionalism and the right amount of humour (and hopefully some laughter).
My aim is to keep things real, relaxed, and relatable, so people feel comfortable. Whether I’m working with kids, young people, or adults, I want everyone to feel heard, supported, and valued as we tackle life’s challenges together.
